John O'Farrell también participa en “Isle of Wight to get Ceefax and Other Groundbreaking Stories from Newsbiscuit”, una recopilación de casi-noticias satíricas aparecidas en la página web www.newsbiscuit.com.

And now in English...

If I admit that I haven´t read (yet) the book I´m recommending today, you´ll think: “Booksellers!” Capable of anything just to make a sale”, which would be unfair and inaccurate. Even though it is true that I am not qualified (yet) to talk about “The Man Who Forgot His Wife”, it is no less true that in my bookshelves you can find all of the great John O’Farrell’s previous works: three wonderful and original novels, three brilliant and sidesplitting article compilations, two interesting and extremely funny History books (both of which have the best titles ever) and his excellent and kind of an autobiography “Things Can Only Get Better”. I also own the hilarious book “Isle of Wight to get Ceefax: And Other Groundbreaking Stories from Newsbiscuit”, in which he took part.

“The Man Who Forgot His Wife” is the first book by John O’Farrell, one of the funniest comedy writers in the UK (which is a bit like saying one of the most depressing and pretentious writers in France), published in Spain, and I would be willing to bet all the money that you have in your bank account on it telling a witty, amusing, moving and really well-told story which you´ll be glad you bought and read.
